All costume fees are non-refundable. All costume fees are due by Friday November 15, 2019. No costumes can be purchased after November 30, 2019 as we have to place the order. **This year staff will NOT be sizing your children. Please make sure your child’s girth measurement and tight or sock size is correct when ordering your costumes on the website. There will be a $25.00 exchange fee per costume after they have been ordered. Girth: Measure from the center of one shoulder, down the front through the crotch and up the back to the starting point.
